Return Eligibility

  • The product was received within the last 30 days
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Customised products are non-returnable

Shipping Your Return

To ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Repack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or free gifts received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will:

  1. Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  2. Process your refund to the original payment method.

For credit card refunds, please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.

If the product is damaged, used, or returned after 30 days of delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund.
